Mary Ann Mantia – President of The Power Up Group
Mary earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Marketing at the University of Phoenix and her certification in Strategies for Enhancing Executive Influence from Harvard University. She is a well accomplished Human Resources Senior Executive with a 23 year career in the gaming industry. Mary has held many senior executive leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources, Director of Hospitality & Property Services and Director of Hotel Operations.
Mary fully understands the challenges of operating a successful organization from the right fit for the right job to the right Leader that personifies your branded culture and role models your core values. Mary’s rich experience in project management and broad business knowledge has made her the sought after expert for any business development project on their horizon.
Mary was recognized as a world Leader for her Branded Service initiative and Brand Sustainability at a TMI-TACK world conference in Shanghai China and received the Star Award in July 2014.

Lynda Carter-Noel — Vice President of Operation
Lynda is a 20 year Financial and Operations Professional with diverse experience in all major financial guest service and leadership roles. She also brings 15 years of Operational Leadership from the gaming industry.
Lynda has the leadership perspective enhanced by a proven track record of leading a quality product and service through a rapidly changing business climate. She has led an international multi-diverse work force in Germany, Spain, England, Holland, Iceland, Greece, Turkey, Belgium and United States. Lynda lead a work-force in a fast pace highly driven Call Center and Collection agencies recovering over $2 million in delinquent loans.
Lynda understands the value in maintaining a branded culture of high guest satisfaction ratings, improving employee morale and performance. She realigned all job responsibilities to include KSA’s and realistic expectations that power up people for a culture of success.
Understanding that flexibility within an ever-changing and competitive workforce must be at the forefront of every leader’s strategy. She believes in flexibility as one of the main ingredients in an organization’s recipe for success.

Tim Heim – Vice President of Marketing and Sales
Tim has over 18 years of experience with in the hospitality and gaming industry, including executive positions in operations and sales; Director of Hotel Operations, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager.
He has experience in working in the mid-scale and luxury boutique segments, hotel opening experience, multi-brand experience and has worked in large markets such as Chicago and San Francisco. His vast background in sales and marketing, along with operations has assisted him throughout his career in being a champion when it comes to driving top line revenues and implementing guest service strategies in creating a four diamond experience.
Tim has strong knowledge of social media engagement, creating a guest service culture and what it takes to think outside the box to achieve individual property goals. Having opened three properties, he also has development knowledge of platforms for Global Distribution Systems, Central Reservations Systems and Property Management Systems.
Tim was recognized as a Quad City Leader Under 40 in 2011.
